I don't think any dealer wants the threaten anyone, least of all a customer, they are our lifeblood, but unfounded lies are not a good starting point for relationship outside of anything but a court. I think the best course of action is to get a moderator, like a club, to get involved if things are going horrifically badly and no progress is being made between the two parties directly. Fortunately a situation I personally have never faced, I like to think we are good natured enough to resolve issues without coming to blows (so to speak). Most people accused on these groups are not aware of the grudge and never get to respond, so it is very one-sided and really not a very good thing, but free speach is important, the line between defamation and constructive critisim exists, and should be maintained. Any way, as ever if anyone wants to see how we perform, just drop in unanounced and your own eyes will tell you if we are any good or not, that simple really.
