Rosso Corsa vs Rosso Scuderia

maybe on 430 but for UK CS-colour launched with that model- Rosso Scud outsold Rosso corsa by 2 to1

 

I love my rare rosso scuderia 360. I agree, it looks even better up close.

IMO Rosso Scuderia is a much nicer color (one on the right). I also like Rosso Fiorano, which is the color of the 360 I am in the process of buying.

My 599 is Rosso Scuderia and I almost regret not going for Rosso Corsa. It is more classical. Rosso Scuderia looks a bit orange under certain lighting conditions. I will definitely not get my 430LP in Rosso Scuderia

I thought Scuderia was the darker of the 2 :S

That order is correct. Rosso Scuderia is the brighter of the two, with a slight orange hue depending on the lighting.

If I am not mistaken, didnt the whole color "Rosso Scuderia" come into existance because it looks like "Rosso Corsa" during the F1 TV broadcasts?

 

It is also a red color choice when deciding on the color of the brake calipers.
I got Rosso Scuderia calipers for my black F430 (versus the more common Rosso Corso calipers).
They look to me to be a brighter red - especially inside the wheel.

is rosso dino (orange) available for the brake calipers? i've never seen that color listed as an option, and i've never seen that color on any ferrari brake calipers.

Quite close to Mazda's Sunrise Red, with plenty of orange in it

 

That's what I heard. Rosso Scud for me.

 

The F1 team did use Scuderia however as of the monaco gp they have changed to Corsa because Scuderia had to much of a connection with Marlboro and they are trying to get away from that. Thats why the Ferrari's looked like a dark red this weekend.

Also im glad im not putting in a 430 order soon because i have no idea which one i would pick :S lol

Corsa looks fabulous in person. Scuderia looks fabulous in pictures. It also looks good in person, but it is brighter - perfect for a CS. In a row of RC cars, the RS really jumps out. On more "classic" cars - 550 for instance - I prefer RC. On a CS, they both look incredible.

 

I actually think Rosso Scuderia looks better in person than it does in pictures; most pictures that I've seen over-exaggerate the orange hues of the color. I think it looks a lot more like red in person. I agree though that RS is an awesome color for the CS, but I would prefer Rosso Corsa on a more traditional Ferrari.

 

Corsa of course. Classier.

Scuderia is too orange IMHO. Reminds me of Porsche Guards Red (yuck). People may confuse you with a fire truck.
