I would note that the McLaren was sold for around the $12 million mark at RM Monterey in 2015 and the Mercedes-Benz 680S was a no sale at their Villa Erba sale in 2017 so whether this will be a 2nd tier clearance operation for the Canadian auction house is yet to be established.

I can also imagine there will be other cars that could be available off line and of course most no sales will still be available but interesting that the last auction house to overtly publish this service in a public way was Bonhams in the 2000s although Gooding occasionally advertise still available on unsold cars......
I am sure qualified bidders will have been receiving lists of available cars as part of any effective marketing but to go public is an interesting step. Further its interesting to consider whether these cars are actually sold to end users, bought by the house or sold to speculators and whether their availability so regularly (or on a platform like this) is a sign.
