Hello. would anyone tell me what is the best way to replace the cigarette lighter on a dino? Do you have to unscrew the center consol to get access or do you just pull the lighter out from outside? I unscrewed the center consol but I could not lift it up, probably due to the choke lever and the window switches. Would appreciate anyone's input on this. Thanks

The original Brico lighter is held in place by a spring. To get the lighter out, you must get under the console piece in which the lighter sits and unhook the spring from the body of the lighter. As you can see, the spring also has a tab close to where it hooks onto the body of the lighter to which the ground wire is attached. Once the spring is off, the lighter pulls straight out.

I've attached a good photo which I found on Dennis McCann's allferrariparts.com website (he apparently has them in stock if you need one).

    Cheers,
