    Five years ago we went to our first “Italian Festival” in Reno. There was a Ferrari Show at the festival and I couldn’t wait for the next year so that I could drive my car over. There hasn’t been a Ferrari there since. Does anyone know what happened?

    Like you I live close to Reno and was looking forward to driving my 308 to the Eldorado in October for the Italian Festival. A couple of years ago they blocked off the street along side of the casino for Ferrari's to park. I don't know why the Ferrari event disappeared. This year the Eldorado Great Italian Festival is October 12 & 13th 2019 at the Washoe County Library in Reno. I can't find any mention in the ad of a Ferrari event.     We come to the Italian Festival every year, it's a nice getaway from Mount Shasta. And half the population of south Siskiyou County seems to be Italian, so we get to see lots of our friends there too. About 3 years ago I called the Eldorado just to see if they were ever going to do the Ferrari Event again, but I couldn't get anyone that knew anything on the phone. I was even going to volunteer to help organize it. The one year I was at the Ferrari Event there seemed to be a few people from Sacramento, and so I thought I might find something out from somebody on this Forum. My '85 308 is running very well right now so maybe I'll get the nerve to drive it over this year. I'm not sure what the Washoe County Library has to do with the Festival.

    A few years ago there was a drunk driver that got into the Ferrari parking area and hit 3 or 4 of the Ferraris.
    I don't know if the Ferrari club in Sacramento or the Eldorado pulled the plug but there have been no F-cars since.

    So that’s the answer. That would have been 2013, ( I think). It would be great to have more details.

    2013 was it, time flies.
    No major damage done as I remember but any damage at all is not good.
