Any recommendations for an honest, reliable auto carrier that owns its own trucks to ship from Tennessee to Florida ?
I do not want to deal with transport brokers who farm you out.
    Thanks

Reliable Carriers. One of the best, if not the best, around.

+1 on Reliable Carriers, I used them twice and have been excellent. They were also the least expensive of the top carriers like Intercity and Plycar.
Only issues with the top national companies is they are very busy and can't give you exact time frames. Could be 3 days, could be 3 weeks, kind of a we'll get to you when we can get to you deal.

That’s exactly what happened when I contacted them. Gave me no time frame which is a deal breaker for me.

In that case you're probably going to have to use a broker. Getting any of the top carriers to come on specific days is extremely difficult.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend "Bears Transport". I used them once for my Porsche from DC to Miami and they were very good. Reliable couldn't get to me for 2-3 weeks and they got a very nice transport out to me in 3 days, and delivered on the exact day they said with no hassles.

They're a sponsor over on the Porsche forums rennlist, and have tons of great reviews. I don't think I've seen a single negative comment. You can search for them and read up for your peace of mind or just give them a call and see.
