    My friend is moving from Houston and building a new home in Heath. He's looking for an excellent independent shop to take care of maintenance needs in the future for his Porsche Turbo S cabriolet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Since Heath is east of Lake Ray Hubbard, there is a repair facility in Rowlett called Rowlett Motorwerks. Judging by their name, they specialize in German cars. If he is looking for some simple maintenance, and does not want to cross over into far northwest Dallas County, that may be a place he could check out. There is also a place in northwest Dallas called Nine-Eleven Automotive. They appear to be Porsche specialists. Here is their website. https://nine-eleven.com/
