Ok, good news, this car went at $85K.

Bad news is, to an overseas buyer.

This was a good, not great GTS. Needed some engine and tranny work. Interior was good, not great, no chairs. Paint was solid, but not spectacular and the top needs to be re-done.

Missing some odds and ends, probably needs every bit of $15K worth of work to make into a very nice car.

So, adds up to $100K plus for a nice '72 GTS US spec car.

This is the car that's at Algar in Philly.

    Dave-
It is my understanding that the color on this car was changed, the interior dyed and along with what you stated about the engine/trans needing some work it still brought a very good price.

I was told it was a respray of the original color, don't know about the interior.

But yes, thought it was a very strong price.

I'd been eyeing that for some time
I thought that color combo was beautiful
