Hello everyone, Hope to find any tips/tricks to removing the rear fender liner (driver side). All fasteners are removed, damned thing just won’t budge. Side note, incredible how much gravel collected inside the rear bumper…have it off for an exhaust installation.
Did you get the screws above the wheel just inside the fender? Once I had all the screws out, came right out Maybe go around the edge where you can with a plastic scraper?
It's not immediately obvious but the Intake Ducts are secured to the Liner - at the top - by a single small bolt. You will of course need to remove the Engine Bay Panels - all four - to gain access.
Is this 360 or 430 ? If 430 you have to remove the long side cover in the engine bay to access a screw from that side, it is at the top of the liner curve. It screws into an AVK threaded insert which has a habit of turning with the screw
Right, I thought that was the case but wasnt sure. Happen to have my panels off, it's here Image Unavailable, Please Login
Appreciate the responses. This is a 360, I’ll double check the screws…will remove the bay covers as well.
You guys nailed it! Once I got the engine bay panel off, it exposed the nut/washer at the top. Once removed, the liner dropped right out. Most appreciated!
