Correct, you'll have to pay $6,000 for an original pouch, $2,200 for an original jack bag and $10,000 for a toolkit...! These are at the minimum, quoted in USD!

J D Classics had a flared 246gts up for sale for around £550K and it sold so maybe he will make a few quid out of it......good luck to him.

You would've thought that they would make it more correct before listing it.

Hey! It appears to have an incorrect radio. Is that true or not?????

Radiomobile was the UK brand name for Voxson at that time and was a popular choice of radio for UK dealers to fit to the Dino but was by no means the sole choice offered here. One of my cars had a Philips 22RN712 radio cassette unit which has a separate hand held microphone that stores in the glovebox enabling the unit to be used as a dictaphone. This unit was fitted prior to delivery by H.R.Owen in London.

is it just me, or does anyone else dislike the flares on this car (and all the others originally ordered with Campagnolos)? They look like a crude afterthought, compared to the subtle flares on regular cars. I know they're very valuable because of their rarity, but I still don't like them. I don't much like the Campagnolos either, come to that. But I do like the Daytona seats. So my preference would be for "chairs, not flares".

My apologies to owners of flares Dino's, but to me they look like an afterthought...a sort of Italian kit car. It's a personal preference and so long as the owners like them, does it really matter what non-flares owners think?

Indeed the flares simply emulated the competition Daytonas that had the crude flat flares welded on.

Totally inharmonious with the lovely organic curves of the Dino, but very valuable, it seems.

I have both variants, when put side by side the Flares car looks more aggressive with a slightly wider stance and more masculine. Personal preference.

The two together would make a great picture, particularly if they weren't the same color.

After really looking at the above photos, I can really appreciate the difference in European vs US versions.

IMHO the European version is more appealing.
