No, this isn't all my own work... some kind individual had added this to comments section of the webpage.

“This 308 GTB Vetroresina # 20253 was delivered on January 20, 1977 to S.A.R.I. SpA in Bergamo as a relatively late polyester example in the original color combination of “Azzurro metallizzato” with “nero VM8500” leather with registration “BG 446 159”.
On July 30, 1986, the car was sold to Ugo Merzagora from Leggiuno and registered with the license plate “VA 907 657”. The vehicle was later acquired on February 19, 1998 by Lidio Gamba from Campolongo Maggiore. Signore Gamba, who is half-Italian born in Kobe, Japan, held a senior position at Vodafone in Italy.
Signore Gamba contracted the renowned company Ram in Vicenza to modify # 20253 in several stages over the years into a Group IV vehicle.
Ram was founded in 1979 as Ram Autoracing and prepared a variety of vehicles for in circuit and hill climb, as well as rallies. In 1992, Ram became an authorized Ferrari workshop and remained focused on racing; Ram has prepared several customers’ vehicles every year since the beginning of the 348 Challenge in 1994 to the current 458 Challenge.
However, Signore Gambas’ conversion of 308 GTB Vetroresina was not intended to prepare the vehicle for tough historic motorsports. Instead, he wanted to enter his 308 in some demonstration runs as he enjoyed rally cars. To date, # 20253 remains predominantly with its original paint.
This shows that hardly any use was made of the motorsports capabilities of the professionally converted Group IV Ferrari.
In October 2014, the car was discovered at the Auto Moto d ‘Epoca in Padua and was personally sold by Lidio Gamba.
In addition to the extensive and detailed group IV conversion of Ram, this 308 Vetroresina is presented in impressively good condition, with fully history documented by Andreas Birner and including documents and original service book. The price of a rarely-available 308 Group IV by Michelotto [sic] would exceed by many times that of this outstanding example.”
