Wow that video is cool. I wanna be there this year. But I don't think I'll be able to do all what I want to do.
Thank you Denis for the video link but that ones does not work on mobile devices. For those of you who are having trouble viewing it, try this link instead: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjiABichrlY&sns=em]Raduno Montebello - Italian car gathering - YouTube[/ame]
Confirmed for September 28, rain or shine. The Chateau will be much more accommodating to us this year. They've promised to put some Port-a-pottys, garbage cans which were needed last year. Also, we will have the entire second floor of the dining room just for us participants with our own buffet so the wait time for brunch/lunch will be a lot shorter this time. Hope we get good weather again this year since more people have now become interested in attending. Can't wait!
Denis we really need pictures of your car. A red manual 456! Lucky man. If you need help posting them let me know.
Having problems with Bell/Yahoo/IPhone & they gave me the go around so I'll fix it for good (I hope) tomorrow at Aple Store tech support. Pics will follow asap Denis

Hi Mark if you're referring to sept.27 the answer is no. With the attention this event is getting, some guys may come the day before or spend the entire weekend there but we keep it simple: 1 day, no fees, no registration. Just park, mingle, eat and enjoy!
Okay Fab Looks like I would drive the Khamsin down for the weekend. Is the hotel offering any special rates ? Image Unavailable, Please Login
What a beauty, looking forward to seeing it at the show. We're still working out the rates with the hotel so we'll announce all that info shortly.
I think we've met! I think you bought some Austin healey parts from me. No way i could forget the sound of that motor as you left!
Fab, I was in the Saug last night and went to a cruise night. Saw Mark's beautiful Khamsin What is the latest on Montebello? Looks like a few guys would like to come-up from T.O.
We're all set for Sunday September 28th (Rain or shine) I will post the info right here by the end of this week.
Raduno Montebello 2014 promises to be bigger and better than the first edition of this event last year. We have reserved the entire 2nd floor of the dining room for Raduno participants. You will be given a paper at the entrance when you show up with your car allowing you to gain access to the 2nd floor brunch buffet. Please make sure you reserve your seats by booking online (People who haven't booked may have to wait in line for a few minutes depending on how busy it gets if they're not pre-booked) Online booking can be made here: The Amis du Château Montebello Cars will be parked on the peninsula upon your arrival at Chateau Montebello. Here is a video promoting the event: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjiABichrlY TORONTO DEPARTURE: At the moment, we have many new participants coming from the Toronto Area but there is no official departure point and time (If someone wants to take the responsibility for this, please PM me) We look forward to seeing you Torontonians. Any Italian car is accepted and the show is free for all participants. This is also NOT an event that is advertised to the public, it is mostly a "get-together" among us Italian car fanatics in Canada. OTTAWA DEPARTURE: The Ottawa contingent to Montebello will again depart from the Scotia Bank parking lot at 425 Preston Street at 9:30 a.m. This includes the ICCO (Italian Car Club of Ottawa), the Ottawa FCA, the Ottawa Alfa Romeo club & Team Pantera Canada. MONTREAL DEPARTURE: Meeting at 9:30am in the Tim Hortons parking in Les Galeries Normandies located at 2620 Rue Salaberry, Montréal, QC H3M 1L3 (corner de Salaberry and the 15 north). Departure towards Montebello at 10am sharp. Cars will be placed along the waterfront upon arrival at Château Montebello. (FCA-Qc, Club Alfa Romeo Montreal, VEA, Club Fiat Montreal, LFCQ, etc...) EVENT WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE Image Unavailable, Please Login
SARATOGA SPRINGS NY DEPARTURE? OMG, Fab! Why didn't I see this last year? The Chateau Montebello used to offer a splendid New Year's Special package that brought my wife, me, our daughter and granddaughter to the Chateau Montebello three or four years running. Perhaps they still do. Had enormous fun and ran into old friend Luigi Chinetti Jr and Jacqueline there for New years brunch! Well now it's this year and I'm thinking that whilst it is a very long drive for lunch, if our schedule is clear I might persuade Judith that lunch in Montebello is a good way to exercise the 575 before her winter nap and treat ourselves to a couple of days in the True North. on verra!
Would be great if you joined us. Mr Chinetti was at the show last year and he seemed to enjoy it very much. You can see him in the video and some of the pictures. A Saratoga Springs departure would be a great add-on so bring your friends!
If anyone would like to join us there will be 2 meeting points. departure Saturday Morning 6:45 am at the QEW and Burloak (Burlington) at the Tim Horton (north of QEW) 7:30 am at the 401 and Weston Rd - at the McDonalds (south of 401) Some are trailering.
There is a parking lot at the top near the entrance, you'll probably need to unload there then drive the car down to the peninsula. I will inquire with the Chateau and post the info shortly.
