Anyone know what radar bands are being used in NYC and Long Island? I recently got a Escort Max Ci 360 installed in the FF and I think it has the ability to ignore radar signals than are not useful
Long Island and NYC use Ka band only. This is true throughout most of the state, but there are some small towns that still use old K band equipment.
You might still want to be careful, though ... Boston and Massachusetts are almost exclusively Ka band but I live just 16 miles from the city and there's one town right next to me that's still using K band, which came as a surprise -- fortunately not when I was speeding.
