Question about accuracy of Kelly Blue Book values

This may be particular to just the NSX, but I found a pretty amazing difference in values between KBB and what most owners are asking. This one NSX is just an example since many others are asking the same or much more ($45k for a 92 model???).

1992 NSX, 41k miles

Kelly Blue Book: $25.800
Asking Price: $31.900

KBB is a joke...........they are strictly a guide and are often thousands if not tens of thousands off as far as real accurate money on a car.

Try NADA or Edmunds for a more accurate idea of realistic prices and remember KKB is only a guide, they don't actually BUY or SELL cars!

I second that. KBB values for older special interest cars are clueless, and the older the car, the worse it gets.

I don't use KBB at all, there are more accurate free guides on the net than KBB like www.VMRINTL.com and www.VMRCanada.com for the Canadians.

I think it only goes back 12 years but it seems to offer a better balance.
