I knew who KB was and TRG, but I was too busy racing myself SCCA with focus on Runoffs. I looked at the pro paid seat racing as less talent with more money. I was a purist at that time. :D If I was just getting into racing now I probably would go that route, maybe TA2.

Have you listened to the Dinner With Racers Scott Tucker episode #2? The analogies and justifications are interesting.

yes, he misunderstood that he needed to declare $100mm in income.

honest mistake from a great businessman. easy to understand, really, when he's so successful and has such a vast empire.

It was interesting that he still seems to think he has done absolutely nothing wrong. Seems to have not a care in the world.

Yes, business as usual which I suspect most people did not know. He's got a bit of a sociopathic disconnect going and some of his analogies were blatant misdirects or fiction.
I wonder if his brother's suicide was off limits along with the other brother's scam business? You would have thought that the death would have come up.

After an ID theft and a cloned ATM card, I personally think it's broken beyond repair...that was a good read.
There's too much lost or hacked and stolen data floating around.

    Karma is indeed, a *&^%&^*..:D

The Tucker brothers smashed open Pandora's box.
    RIP and burn in He11.

An excellent article on a very dirty business. My take is that Scott Tucker found a loophole in the regulations but that he took that loophole beyond what was legal. To a certain degree I think he may be a scapegoat for the US Government who got caught napping a little but there is also ample evidence to suggest that he did plenty shady stuff well beyond his little 'discovery' to land him in the legal mess he is in. In short he got greedy and will now need to pay the price for that greed; nothing new I suppose.
