Anyone know how many 456s were produced? How many 6 speed cars? How many came to the USA?

    Regular 456s were from 95-98, 456M were from 99-03.

Approximately 3,289 of all versions where built worldwide. These consisted of the following versions:
    456 GT 1,548
    456 GTA 403
    456M GT 688
    456M GTA 650.

I thought according to cavalino that the 456 GT [and A's] totaled 1,548, there is no seperate number for GTA.

Where did you get that GTA number?
    thanks

I was trying to find out specifically about the last year of production-2003.How many total 2003's made, and how many of those were 6-speeds. Appreciate yor input.

that probably would take some doing. You would need to know assembly numbers in relation to serial numbers, and I don't know who has any of that readily handy.

I would like to know more on how many have my color combos. According to that 456gt.com site, there were less than ten in the UK. with light interiors.

    good luck.

so there are a maximum of 687 other cars like mine in the world (probably a few are dead by now)....
so why is it so under appreciated? seems pretty rare, powerful, good looking....i guess its in the eye of the beholder and there just isnt enough demand...

it's a 2+2, which has a history in its mid-life of not doing well.

Look at the 612, IMO, it is going into the ground soon...I wouldn't be surprised if it nears the $70-120k price in the next five years. For me it has no eye appeal even if it has great mechanics.

I am a huge fan of the 456 looks, and especially the non-M series....even with its issues [windows, rear spoiler, radiator, intake leaks, valve guides, ---gosh, now I'm wondering :) --- seats etc. ]

I believe it is at it's bottom of $60K.....and that should be for an Issues car IMO....not a cherry one, but one that will take a few to make it great. Cherry= about $70-75k.

I mean, when you get 348's going for $50ish etc. or one that carries four, and 'stuff' and has a horse under there, you gotta say it's a great value...not to mention the one thing that even surprises me every time: People recognize it every time...it is NOT a sleeper...they see it a mile away, I've had almost every one run up to me on roads trying to get a look at it..especially KIDS.

it's a great car...I LOVE it's profile and frontal looks

Not sure on the figures you quoted. I have the 456M totaling 1354 cars for manual and auto. If you take 1354-688 you get 666 cars. So either the GT cars is short oor the GTAs by 16 cars. Figures are from Ferrari and shown here:
