Wow is all I can say. I am doing an engine swap in my other Italian, fiat 124 s .
Unknowing to me there are many little variations between the years & applications, forcing me to swap stuff like pipe plugs & brakets that have been in for 30 + years.
My old favorite, Prolong spray lubricant, wasnt doing the job.

I had bought a can of this CRC Freeze-Off Super Penetrant , a while ago but have never used it. I tried it in a bolt that i was about to torch off, after throwing everything at it for 3 days.

It came right off. I tried it on some other stuff that I had not previosely treated & it came off first try.

I give this stuff 2 thumbs up.

Down side, it has some funky amonia smell, that will not dissipate easily

I've used it also, with good results. A bit expensive, but it works.

This thing actually cools the part , I guess the shock allows the lube to flow down the threads

I also used that stuff when I did my exhaust. Works well.. I agree about the smell.. so I used it outside.
