    Im trying to install Microsoft Active Sync 4.5 on my windows XP computer, yet I keep getting the same error message
    "Error. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

    What does this mean, and how do I get it so I can finish my setup

    I called tmobile and they had no clue on what to do.
