    Hello Fchatters,

    I sold a couple cars and now have some room to rent out parking spots at my private warehouse in Orange, CA, only a few blocks from Larry at Ferrari Technology.

    It is a large, secured, private, warehouse with no outside markings on the building.

    Security cameras inside and out, ADT alarm monitored, very close to Orange PD who I have a good relationship with and know I am there. I also live only a few miles from the warehouse.

    Access to compressed air and reverse osmosis water/power washer. Small conference room can be used if needed.

    Also have outside parking for trailers and a loft above for some parts.
