    You can read the docket... he slipped through the cracks at various places. He flew at some airline in the Bahamas for a while, and managed to somehow get through Mesa's first officer training (but failed captain upgrade twice).

    The inside of this guy’s head was a dumpster fire.

    Sounds like auto go-around led to acceleration causing a g-excess phenomenon in Aska’s already chronically f’d up head.
