I am a longtime Porsche owner but am thinking of stepping up to a Roma. This will be a daily driver but I only put about 2500 miles a year on my car. I see a ton of used Roma out there and it’s hard to understand why there is such a spread in price on these cars. I have seen decently optioned 2023 with virtually no miles for less money than 2022s with a bunch of extra cosmetics but 5k miles and missing options like CarPlay. I am solely looking at certified cars from dealers. Are some dealers just asking too much money for these cars and there is a lot of latitude to negotiate?

Also, is there any downside from buying from an out of state dealer? My local dealer has 2 Roma but are asking quite a premium.

Dealers always ask too much for every car. It is just a matter of negotiation. Some dealers will be more willing than others, depending on the length of time on the lot and what they have invested. Look for the options you want and go from there. The expensive options on the Roma (and most Ferraris) are the extra range paint, livery, and the various carbon fiber parts.
