    I have a pair of Prada sneakers that have gotten pretty dirty over the last couple years, has anyone ever tried to send them in to be cleaned by Prada? I would rather do this than send them to a local place. Thanks for any info.

    As far as I know Prada does not offer a cleaning or repair service for their shoes. I know Nordstrom will clean them for free if you tell them you bought them there. I do not think they need anything special to be cleaned. Also are you sure they are just dirty...the color in the leather comes off pretty easily in my experience.

    Most of the shoe is nylon and its dirt, I haven't kept up with cleaning them, and they have gotten bad.
