Thanks for all the pictures, folks. Once again, I just couldn't seem to get down there to participate. I think It takes me about 5 hours each direction to get to PPIR! I need a faster car! Sunday was the FoD customer appreciation day, I think. Was the track open to everyone or was it invite only?
Saterday was a open track day for any car, any person, with a registration fee. This was put on by Quick Chic Racing ( http://www.quickchickracing.com/ ). They also were the ones that put on the event for FoD, and they do an amazing job at putting on track events. ( and yes they are already planning more ) It would have been more then worth it for the drive -a
Got that taken care of for you It is very unfortunate what happened to that beautiful car however, hate to see something so stressful like that happen on a fun day like an open track event.
This was the best ever ! Plenty track time to play with all !! The Sunday, even with some drops of rain, I had a ball running a bunch of Lotus on the track. The school was full of hungry students and I have a special thanks to all the instructors working with me. Couldn't do the school without them. Thanks to Stim, Bob, Lee, Thorn and Kent. We aren't done yet, we are already planning on new tracks for 06, stay tune. We all at QCR thank you for the 7 years support. Roland F40LM
Cool Alex, The main issue on posting pictures of something that has happened, is that 1. the owner is still dealing with insurance, etc and the last thing they need is posts all over the internet, and getting stories all changed etc.. 2. in our area, if the owner of the car wants to post pictures then they will post them. Its just a crespect thing, if there is a picture of a car crash from years ago of out of our area, and someone wants to post it, then that is there own issue. I believe in our area, we would all respect each other, and let the owner post what they want too. The EVENT was amazing, and everyone put in a ton of hard work, and you are correct things to happen, and a cold track, cold tires, dont mimix real well. The driver was an experianced driver, so if more needs to be said, I am sure it will be posted. Cheers, -a

Roland, I think you baby that car a little too much. Let me show you how to drive it sometime! Those pitiful Posha's shouldn't be on the same lap with that beauty...
