    That is really a cheap price...... the land alone would be worth almost that. The 11 stall horse pen would make a great car area.

    Sell one Daytona and add a little $ and your are there....

    Might be time up get a newer house, and build a race course with membership on it.

    LOL, I like the way you think! Plenty of room for a good track, grass strip, etc. I would bet the house would cost 3mm plus to build.

    It might be a nice venue for an annual Exotic car meet. Have a cocktail party Friday night in the stables. Cars on the lawn Saturday with a BBQ lunch; bluegrass group for background. Maybe have Just Aircraft land one of their STOLs for fun. Group dinner caravan up to the Highlands...
