    Hi Mark,

I am trying to do two things:
    1) Get permission to use the pics
    2) Let the girls know these pics will only be used for a limited edition "one off" calendar, and not for me to make vast amounts of profit or use them for other merchandise.

I am not concerned about the photgrapher using the images, he comes from a trustworthy source.

Nigel point I was getting at is that no doubt I will take some pics and put htem up here etc but i guess as it's in the open air there will be many hundreds of pics taken by passers by and used for whatever so no problem

On the girls i'd like to have all 6 please and sod the rest of you :D

Nice photos. All poses OK on my car.....

Actually I thought we were going to get the girls and cars all wet and use some soap and foam so they can roll around in it. Lovely.....

The weather is going to be as well. Actually told the wife about the car being in the bikini calendar - no comment made at all and have a nice day only !!! Cannot believe it really ......

The contract is fine, I will like to purchase a further calendar though, so I have 2 !!!

Let the girls choose which cars they what to pose with... We do not want to push them into doing nothing they dont want to... Hey !!!! Keep them sweet keep them kin..... as they say.....

What time will be the photo shoot, are we have lunch with the first or just a cup tea and a biscuit.....

Photographer and girls are arriving at 2:00, so I would like to get all cars in place by 1:00. Driving 20 F-cars to a separate remote area will attract a lot of attention, but if people see us park up and do nothing hopefully they will ignore us. If anybody asks what we are doing we should just tell them it's an F-Chat meeting.

Drivers briefing will therefore be at 12:30. I am popping into Stanford Hall again tomorrow, and will post a piccy of the meeting point tomorrow evening.
As for bringing the missus, you will not be alone, I know of at least ONE other person that is doing so.

    Guys,

My initial outlay on Sunday is approx £780:

    Girls, 6 * 100
    Stanford Hall 50
Admission 10 * 7 - (6 girls, their two drivers, photographer and partner)
    Travel expenses 3 * 20 (girls + photographer)

    600 + 50 + 70 + 60 = 780.

I have collected £575 so far (albeit I am still waiting for 1 cheque), and 3 people who are not participating have each forked out £25.

As you can see I am £205 short, so I am going give the opportunity for 8 people to pre-order 1 calendar each at £25, and pay me up front on Sunday.

So, please register your interest here, and bring the cash to Stanford Hall.

Note to participants - you will have priority ordering of the finished calendar, so no need to pay for any more up front at this time. Also, to the 3 people who have paid up front, you are guaranteed a copy so no need to pay again.

    Cheers,

    Nigel.

    Guys,

I have to confess to being slightly concerned by the publics reaction on Sunday, and also by the fact that we may be overrun by onlookers. But that was before my last phone call.

I can now confirm that we have access to a second venue just a 10 minute drive from Stanford Hall, with secure parking and a nice background ideal for a calendar backdrop. It will be our own private area should we need it, and they are happy for us to do the shoot there.

So if it does all collapse in a shambolic heap, or if we are simply overrun by spectators at Stanford Hall, we will simply jump in our cars and revert to plan B. :)

    OK, as you were.

    Nigel.

I have enough pledges now to cover my initial costs, and that's good enough for the time being.

    Seconded - Thirded & Forthed :D:)

Serious question though Nigel - why the 100 calendars limit - it would appear to me that you are on to a winner - if nothing else we could consider sending any surplus to the Ben & Corey 'collection', surely no one could object to that - or have I missed something ?

    Thanks guys.

The 100 limit was because this is a non profit making venture, purely to produce a few calendars for F-chatters. It is not meant to be a comercial venture. The photographer is doing this free of charge on that basis. Stanford Hall are only charging £50, whereas if we made more calendars they would want more money. Likewise, the girls would deserve more money if we were going to make more calendars. So, on that basis, the production will be limited to 100 calendars. If there is sufficient demand, we could do a second print run, on the basis that any profit goes to charity.

Now next year could be a different story.... :D

    Cheers,

    Nigel.
