Thanks for clarifying Nigel - surely the carrot of future years calendar participation could be used to justify the second print run etc - together with the back of the calendar having contact info., acknowledgements etc to all those who made their charitable donation to such a worthwhile cause. Not trying to make waves mate - just looking to make the most of a bl00dy good idea. EDIT - My post did not acknowledge your edit !
Nigel I've had a request via email for a calendar from "boba" who I think was on the reserve list at one point. Please can you put him down for a copy and he'll give you the cash on Sunday

Guys, On arrival at Stanford Hall, just park up with the rest of the Ferrari's to begin with. Lets plan to meet (on foot) to the left of the house under the large oak tree shown in the picture below at 12:30. I will walk you down to where we are doing the shoot, and show you all where to park. There is one "dodgy" bit just past the tree that is a bit uneven, but for the most part it is pretty flat. Once the cars are in place, we will rope off the area. Can I ask that ONLY those people whose cars are going to be in the calendar drive over there. We simply don't have the space to park non-participants. If anybody who is taking part arrives late, you will find us to the left of, and slightly behind the house. You will need to drive between the oak tree and the black metal fence and just keep going following the fence round. That's it, any questions, now's the time to ask. Cheers, Nigel. Nigel any chance youy could make the meet up at 1pm?, Joe, JRS, Marc Hedge and myself will be arriving about 12.30pm
Fine by me, 1:00 it is then. Spread the word. I will be at the tree at 12:30 in case people miss this update. Cheers....
Thought I would make one last post for two reasons. Firstly to bring this back to the top, and secondly to set peoples expectations for the day. It is going to be a fun day, and we will all have the opportunity to take some pictures of our cars with the girls. However, my biggest concern is that this will turn into a free for all, and we have to avoid that. Let's remember, the whole purpose of Sunday is to produce a calendar, and we have to give the photographer room to do his job. Therefore, I am requesting that during the shoot, everybody keeps their distance unless your car is involved in the current shot. In this case, you can take a few pictures at this time, but please keep out of the photographer's way. Once we have taken all the pictures that we need for the calendar, you will then have the opportunity to take as many more pictures as you like, remembering of course that the girls paid time will be up, so please give them a tip for any extra shots. Thanks in advance for your co-operation chaps, and I look forward to seeing you all on Sunday and making this a successful day. Nigel.
Thanks for all the planning, and apologies in advance for looking somewhat like your avatar at about 2pm on sunday!
Nigel, i really came late to this thread and just wanted to say well done for organising all this. Must've been a nightmare. Look fwd to seeing you Sun Tony
Bung 'em in your pocket Steve, everyone knows you're the coolest guy on here! Just don't stand too near to those 12 cylinders, they'd melt a polar ice cap let alone a few little cubes!
Thanks Tony. The organisation has not been too bad as I have an excellent accomplice, who so far has remained anonymous. This person is an F-chatter and has arragned both the girls and the photographer, but until this point has not wanted any credit. I have now persuaded this person to "out" themsleves, and can reveal that we all owe a huge Thank you to our very own........ Alison (Mazali). The photographer is Alison's father, and she is friends with the owners of the night club that the girls are coming from.
And i am sure that while you ladies are twiddeling ya thumbs while the men are lusting after the models laying all over the cars. I am sure if you pay 12p my mate Den who is going with me tommorow in the Sl 600, he will take his shirt of . He is the 93 over all mr universe, mr Uk, mr Britain and has only a few days ago come back from a magazine shoot in the US as well as compeating.
