If you added sprinkles it would become so delicious it would cross over into an officially addictive product and be regulated by a different government agency.

My guess is Taco Bell knows this and thus keeps it in the realm of merely late-night afterbar fare. Much less paperwork that way.

Aaaahhhh...many moons ago, 40+ years, a buddy and I would split 2 Taco Viva specials. It was "Taco Tuesday" ('pretty sure that was the name). 2 tacos for a buck and a 16 oz cup of beer for .99. 3 Tacos and a 2 beers (2 - 12s for each of us) for 3 bucks...not bad.
They were beef back then, not beef/soy. And no rumblings.
I'm real and they weren't bad. Of course, 'different times. Taco Viva's long gone.... :( ;) :)

I'll bet the perpetrators know little about the 500. Part of their sentence should be having to sit through an extensive history lesson and then have to pass an exam.

They should have to watch the McLaren Honda in-car footage from the past 18 months in F1. No breaks for the entire GP length, often sitting in the pits smoking and silent.

    That would be punishment.

Or maybe only get to eat Taco Bell for the next year every meal, but those breakfast tacos or whatever they are trying to hock these days might be considered cruel and unusual punishment.

The kids that robbed them probably didn't even realize people wear watches anymore given the iPhone has been around almost as long as they've been alive. Not to mention how pricey they can get. I say put them in jail and throw the key away....they will never contribute a damn thing to society.

My gosh, I must be the only one here that doesn't think Taco Bell is THAT bad...

I love Detroit - I LOVED shooting the F1 race there 1982-1988, as soon as they
went away from F1 I bailed, but doing that event I have to say was by far the
funnest, best event I have ever covered, and I have done NBA playoffs, Super Bowls,
nascar racing, MLB World Series, college bowl games.
NONE of them were even close to as fun as the Detroit F1 events.

If I'm going to deliberately vacate my bowels I'll get sliders from White Castle. There's a reason they're called sliders.

+1 The double slider with cheese is the sweet spot. It has the best meat to bread to grease ratio!

The teens are listed as 14 years old and 15 years old in the IMPD report.

No pictures or description. I'm sure just a couple of WASP kids. Why not hang out around
The Columbia Club, that is if it is still safe at Monument Circle?
