I have a friend with one. He is doing a "body off" restoration due to the frame rusting. It seems to be a big problem.

Get the S7 for now then trade up for the 2008 Zonda when it becomes legal in the US The Zonda is a much better car IMO although the S7 is beautiful!

 

For sure. You can get beaters for like 10K but the ones in really good shape are expensive and hard to find. I have a friend obsessed with Back to the Future who has been looking for one forever.

 

There is a company in Long island that restores deloreans. They are known to be the guys to go to. Not interested in one but I remember an article in the NY Times a while back that profiled their company. They also sell them. People send their cars from all over. Tell your friend to do a google search or do search in the NY Times to find the guy.

 

I believe PJ Grady on Montauk Highway in West Sayville was heavily into Deloreans. He still maybe.
