PLC.ua and plc.auction

I have been looking to buy a 458 and when researching the VIN on several cars they have a history of being on plc.ua or a sister site plc.auction. It’s seems to be a “red flag” possibly indicating the car has been damaged and repaired with no report on carfax. Curious if anyone is familiar with these auction sites and if I should be concerned with cars that have been listed on the site? Some of these cars are “Ferrari certified” and I would think they would not certify a damaged car. I’d appreciate some input, thanks.
