    The box art for the toy says the car is a 308 GTS QV. I believe that Ferrari had moved to fuel injection before they adopted the 4 valve setup. If so, the toy model is obviously incorrect in that it has a carbureted intake setup.

    How do I stick on the “Robin-1” license plate?

    Other than the 2-valve engine error (and a few liberties taken with the interior to get Mr Magnum to fit), it is a remarkably accurate and intricate scale model of an 1984 US-spec QV.

    The license plate is "peel and stick". It is a little smaller than it looks, but some careful manipulation and it starts to become evident.

    And I've read the "D" on Magnum's hat is more indicative of the Dallas Cowboys than Detroit Tigers.
    But since it's a 308, all is forgiven :)

    It's a toy for gosh sakes. Next, someone will start criticizing the F40 peddle car because the proportions are not correct, there is no carbon fibre and there is no twin turbo engine...:rolleyes:
