458 Pista swap to Speciale

I used to think the same about the SF90, but changed my mind after I saw what a few mods from RDBLA will do.

 

The removal of those cats change everything. Trust me.

 

Which ever way you decide to go it's still fun trying to figure it out !!!!

 

If a car has to be modded to be acceptable, it's failed in my opinion. However, after watching the video, this is even more fugly than factory in my opinion. For the same money, I'd rather have a Speciale or Speciale Aperta.

It makes sense though, what you say. People that don't have them don't like them. I can agree with that 100%.

 

Oh man Eric, take it easy on the 458 guys. they are already coping with slower older cars and justifying it with some sound aspect. cant handle you also pointing out that they look like they came out of a river in Louisiana

458 has a lot in common with the Camaro.

 

There are those that get it and those that don't. . If you have to rice out your car to make it " acceptable".....well, you aren't really an enthusiast of the brand.

in 2020 i was offered a 15 speciale amazing spec ,drove it and than got into a 18 488 gtb they had for sale also same place and bought the 488 i knew the speciale will hold and go up but the performance of the 488 was exciting .now i have a f8 and i would not give up f8 for a speciale.the pista is the winner at end of the day in all the boxes

 

Catfish or not ! I'm doing just fine with my 458 speciale

 

agree reg 458 has aged especially the front,speciale still looks great

 

That’s what I’m thinking too. From a pure performance perspective, the SF90 will outperform a Pista around a track, in a straight line, everywhere. So having the Pista with a SF90 isn’t really necessary. But the sound and feel of a Speciale is something that neither the Pista or SF90 can compete with, so for that reason I’d prefer to have the Speciale/SF90 combo. Of course having a 812 as well is icing on the cake!

 

Yeah, they’re gorgeous. Everyone that sees mine seems to love it. My F8 and 296 were also beautiful cars in their own way, but neither had the presence of the SF90. The car is a knockout.
