I wonder what kind of money something like that is worth. Basically the car came in a box after sitting for over maybe 4 decades. I bet ALOT parts are missing and also parts need to be repaired/replaced/refurbished.
Of course the problem as Patrick Peter told me years ago is that owners of very important valuable cars are less and less willing to partake in track events such as Le Mans Classic or road races such as the Tour Auto so you can't blame the organisers since they need to show something and as you say Goodwood has had replicas for years.

Nobody wearing masks? Was there anybody from outside UK at the Concours (quarantine!)? Marcel Massini
I wore a mask but I was in the minority. I suspect the vast majority of people there were from the U.K.
No, you're not. You very probably clicked on the right thread to post in, but the page jumped as you clicked to the wrong thread, as happens a lot, and is an ongoing, long time and very annoying unresolved problem on the site.
The Ford GT40, I think. But that leads me to a newbie question: can a replica car have the licence plate of a real car? I mean, the LBH416C licence plate belongs to a somewhat famous 1965 Ford GT40 that belonged to Mr. Bardinon. https://petrolicious.com/articles/ford-of-france-s-gt40-was-built-to-win
Short answer no it can't, but unless both cars are being driven at same time on the same bit of road, or happen to both have a traffic violation at the same time in different parts of the country I doubt it would get flagged anywhere.

Seen on the net. Which model is it? Looks to have Lusso parts (rear quarter windows and hips) and GTO pars (front and rear). Image Unavailable, Please Login
