    That's considered "seepage".
My 2007, when I bought it in 2019, had "seepage" like yours from the oil/water pump area. Last year's annual it was marked as "seepage" continue to monitor.
If this is the only thing being brought up, you should be good depending on the price of the car

What is the discoloration in the top photo below the pulley on the timing cover?

Is that fresh residue from where they used spray cleaner to bust off residue or was it from previous work? If that's from a fresh cleaning, that's not not seepage, that's leakage.

When I asked my specialist about the timing chain inspection since I'm getting close to that mileage wise on the service schedule I was told "We don't until the seal begins to weep or you're much higher mileage, 75K plus."

The F1 actuator is also leaking. Could be an improperly torqued banjo fitting on just that one line. Impossible to tell without being there. But leaking F1 system can present itself with all types of issues. But *if* it’s as simple as a loose fitting or crush washers needing to be replaced, that could still need a fluid refresh with an actuator and clutch bleed. If it’s a leak in the line itself, that can start getting costlier.

So pictures 1 and 3 can be concerning depending on where the oil leak is coming from. Picture 2 is probably just a bad seal on the banjo bolt or F1 actuator, which isn't a huge issue. But as others have said, talk to the mechanic.

I would check with a mirror behind the engine, leak seems to be coming from the top as the first photo shows oil stain on the engine cover going up, so it's from somewhere up there. If it's valve cover seals, known issue, not a huge deal to replace. if not.... don't know, check it out.

On the F1 leak, I had the same, had to replace a seal in the banjo bolt and bleed. But I would try just tightening a tad more to start.

Seems to be leaking from left one in fact, but tighten a little bit both.

18 years and only 13k miles.... average of 722 / year.... these cars don't like to sit that much.

And that's the safe bet. Best case, most of the miles were added recently and things repaired as it was driven. Worst case, the miles were all up front and the car has been sitting mostly for the past few years and all these leaks are from dried up seals/gaskets. Hopefully the paperwork points to how often it was driven recently.
