    I wonder if there are any comparative tests of Bugatti Veyron vs Enzo or FXX.

    We know the pure performances of Veyron (0- 100 km/h; 0-200 km/h; 0-1000 m; ...), but what would be the difference of lap time on a racing track ?

    I guess that on a track, the FXX would be faster than the Veyron which should be faster than the Enzo .
    Do you have any datas ?

    I made a quick search on Fchat and could not find this type of info.

    I do not have any stats, but I do know an Enzo is faster around a road course than a Veyron. It's hard to make 4500lbs+ go around corners fast.

    I'm not sure you're correct, and it definitey depends on the style of the course. While I am no huge fan of the Veyron, it seems to definitely handle well given it's weight disadvantage.

    Id be scared to throw an FXX up against a Veyron and see the ending results.

    Honestly, I think that on a fast track with long straights, a Veyron would make a fastest lap than an Enzo, but not an FXX.

    I saw a comparative test between a Maclaren F1 : The Veyron accelerated faster than the F1 ! Can you imagine that ?
    After, of course, the F1 was faster in curves.

    But I am surprised that the Enzo vs Veyron track test has not been done yet ?.

    A Veyron out-accelerating anything isn't too hard to imagine. To paraphrase Clarkson: a Veyron at a standstill could launch as a Macca went by at 100mph and would still beat it to 200. 1100 (so they say) horsepower has its advantages over 620 or so.

    Has Top Gear put a Veyron around their test track? I know they've tested Nick Mason's Enzo. Evo did an article about the Veyron; they pitted it against the Enzo, CGT, and Zonda. Good read.

    I had the pleasure of a trackday event in Vegas and drove the Veyron back-to-back with the Enzo and the MC12.
    The Veyron is a monster and felt absolutely glued to the track. I would not be surprised if it were faster around a track than the Enzo, especially if there were a couple straights. In fact the MC12 felt better around the track than the Enzo as well. Of course, this assessment comes from an above-average amateur driver and has to be taken with a large grain of salt! I wouldn't be surprised if an expert driver would be able to squeeze more from an Enzo than a Veyron with the weight advantage.

    Veyron, Enzo, MC12, it was a good track day !!!

    I agree and think you are right.
    I find it strange that no journalist ever did this test, with measured lap time recording.
