So, I "think" my girlfriend may have tried to push down the lock button on the door when it was open...which in the owner's manual Ferrari says not to do.
I am now unable to lock the door manually or with a key. Any experiences with this issue and how to fix?

You'll have to pull the door card. Probably a push-rod plastic "squirrel cage" popped off.

You might have to pull the other door card for reference.

Let us know what you find. My passenger door will lock with a push on the lock button or key in passenger door but will not "central lock" like is should from key in driver's door. Gotta pull the passenger card and have a look. Thanks.

That sounds more like an electrical problem in the central locking.
Or a failed actuator on the passenger side.
Does locking the passenger door lock the driver's side?

    probably she did not ...
that should not work anyway, since there is a (metal) blockage unless the pin is in the lock ;)

you will see what I mean once you take of the door card and try to push the button down yourself

do as recommended ... take off both door cards and compare what`s happening once you turn the key in the lock cylinder

No. It locks the passenger door but not driver's. When I lock driver's door with key I do hear a "central" click. No click from key in passenger side.

I don't know the "normal" central locking function of the QV (versus the 328), but that sounds like an electrical problem.
Maybe no power to the pass side of the system.

(On the 328, locking either door will lock both. The QV might be different.)

I believe central locking only works from driver's side door. At least that's what I get from the owner's manual. I pulled the driver's side card. Everything looked ok. Gonna pull passenger's side when I get a chance and have a look.

Why do I obsess over things like this when the truth is, I will probably never even use the dang thing?

Because it gives you an excuse to dig into the wiring diagram? ;)
