    She had a sextant, LORAN, etc from a bygone age. Pre-INS and even pre-satellite since our first one did not go up until January 1958, a few months after Sputnik.

    Reminds me of nav school in 1973, when our T-29Cs were still equipped with LORAN and sextants and no INS or even doppler.
