2008 612. Cleared out check engine and now I am certain that I have a code p0160. I assume this means one bad 02 sensor. Question is which one?

Any chance this is something other than an o2?

Consider the O2 is doing its job and alerting you to an issue. Check your intake gaskets for leaks.

Sorry..read the post wrong. This code indicates no activity from the O2. More then likely it's a bad sensor. However check referance voltages to be sure.

Bank 2 sensor 2 should be located in the left side rear exhaust manifold. I would swap it with the front manifold sensor, clear faults, and drive. If the fault returns, indicating bank 2 sensor 1 then you have found your problem.
