help in interpreting this P0140 code and fix

O2 sensor, Bank 1 Sensor 2. Is that correct ?

Which is bank 1 ? driver or passenger ?
sensor 2 is it the post Cat ?

Would replacing the post cat sensor fix it ?

Anything else could trigger this and not the O2 sensor ?

Do you think I should swap both sensors at the same time ...or only the lazy one ?

curious....why would such sensors mainly go bad so early in these cars and not in others ? Heat ?

    Thanks

The only other mention of P0140 here comments that the fix was a dirty connection !

Bank 1 is the right side bank typically related to cylinder 1 location ( as bank 1 ). Sensor 2 is the sensor after the catalist ( down stream ). As noted in the post above I would check the connection for the sensor for corrosion, clean, reset and monitor for the typical cause. It would be best to do all 4 connections at the sale time as they connect in the same area.

Found the issue....see pics.....very odd why would this snap? I am thinking vibration and the wire being too tight as it barely reached the sensor. Make sure you have enough slack on your wires.

Thank you to this forum's support.....

Also, best investment is a code reader.....for anyone who still does not have one.
