Own a Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe?

    I'm thinking about buying a 2009 or 2010 Phantom Coupe or Phantom Drophead Coupe. But, most of them have the optional stainless steel hood and I'm worried it might be very difficult to keep clean. I've heard some people say it's a real problem. Others say it can be washed easily and does not require any special treatment to keep it looking nice.

    If you have any experience with these stainless steel hoods, please let me know what you think.

    And, of course, any other thoughts you have based on your ownership experience would be welcome too.

    it is not an issue, just don't use steel wool to clean it!

    Hi,

    I have a delorean in my collection they're all bare stainless you gotta worry with that!

    Don't worry about the Phantom, the finish is laquer coated, so soap and water is fine.
    (I work at the Goodwood Plant where they're made!)
