call your ferrari dealership and give them VIN they will print out all options on car.

i just recently sold my 2013 spider red/an MSRP 337k and i want it back.

 

My guess is triple layer paint or carbon everything!

You should also register your Ferrari with the Ferrari website. They will list all of the vehicle options as well as completed service intervals.

 

I think your car was in our Ads Section, I recall us laughing about the "other" being worth $42K!

Yah, you see the "Other Options" on lots of Ferrari stickers these days...but $42k is one of the higher numbers I've seen. Reminds me of how Rolls Royce used to report HP figures as "adequate".

You could probably get a Ford Mustang GT out the door for $42k but Ferrari can't be bothered to itemize those options. Why don't they just start putting "TL;DR" on the sticker? lol.

If you have non-standard or triple layer than half of the $42K is the paint. If the carbon was not itemized than that would likely be the balance. As suggested, have the dealer or Ferrari run the vin. Then let us know.

wow - that's some spec, a lot of red! congratulations on the car.

As previously stated, the Monroney Label (i.e. sticker) has limited space to list any/all options, it's very common to have an "everything else" line item.

What you want to get is the Factory Build Sheet - which any dealer should be able to produce and give you. In fact, given the spec of the car, you'll want that.

I'm assuming all the extra "red" on the car is from the factory; if so, one guess is the original owner requested "trim in exterior color" (I.e. the normally grey aluminum pieces, which can also be CF, are painted in the body color). I am unsure if it's a normal option, but I've seen it quite a bit. (it's sort of an "off the menu" option)

That also could either be a lot of "Extra Campionario" (i.e. special trim) or potentially even a light version of Tailor Made (i.e. almost anything goes). If Extra Campionario, the order likely has an additional document specifically outlining the customizations. We've done quite a bit of this, including hand-drawn pictures. The build sheet simply lists Extra Campionario items with a brief description.

I just did that. Bought my car used from a Ferrari dealer, put in my vin, dealer name, ect. The site says my car will show up once I am a confirmed owner w/in 48 hours. Is this what you are talking about ?

Do we or you know that the red interior pieces is stock from the factory?

It doesn't say so in the listing or make any mention of it given it was probably pricey.
Also carbon diffuser is expensive.

Hard to understand though how that still adds up to $339k sticker.

Notably no carbon rear deck piece between the lights which is around $4-5k?

 

you'd have to ask the OP one he gets the build sheet re the dash.

It's definitely a do-able "factory option", we were offered it when we spec'd our Speciale and F12. I'd imagine you could also have it done afterward, but given the $ of this car, probably factory (my guess).

No idea on the pricing. Option costs add up. Another variable (again, build sheet will tell all) is if the original owner spent the $10K++ on luggage or something that is no longer with the car.

In terms of a $339 sticker, I know a couple 458 Italias that had $295K sticker prices that had ZERO external carbon, ZERO Extra Campionario, no upgraded stereo...add a bit of that to the higher base MSRP of a Spider and you're well into the neighborhood of $339

 

Happened on my iPad too......used my PC and no issue. Something is not compatible with Apple mobile devices.
