He said he didn't mean he was better than Ayrton Senna. Just read this on the news in a brazilian website...he better say that or he would be kicked out in the Brazilian GP. Some people in brazilian forums were thinking about throwing rocks at him after he said he was better than Ayrton Senna lol.
LH is finally waking up to the lack of respect of the other drivers and the damage his mouth is causing to his reputation. He's out of his league and needs real PR help. Maybe this is the start of it.

By common measurements of success in F1 - Fact He may someday surpass AS in acheivement, but is nowhere near there yet. His choice of yardstick is somewhat silly anyway, as comparing different era's is pointless......sort of like me saying I'm better than Fangio.....
Senna has both more WDC's, wins, and podiums than Hamilton has and that's before you factor in that he (Senna) pulled some of those with a chassis that was far from superior in it's day and age. Hamilton hasn't had to deal with that problem either. Then you factor in age, experience, etc. which Hamilton lacks and I think it's a pretty open and shut case IMO. If you believe he is a better driver than Senna (that is if you are making such a claim), would you care to elaborate why?
