That is one gorgeous home.

 

I just "Binged" that house and while i don't know how old the photos are there are quite a few very large homes under construction in that area.

Does the roof have a stick frame or are they also concrete block...also, how is the R-value of the insulation??? Do you still need seperate insulation between the outside walls and the inside dry wall???

 

The house uses infloor radiant heat, there is a secondary backup system that is forced air that utilizes the central air system

 

Realtor site says "pending $16,999,999.00"...better hurry with your counter.
