ok, so is there a forum for Lincoln Town car(2012)?

hi, I was trying to fix problems here and there and we don't have trained technician on these cars here.

 

Sorry, the title should be 2002 Lincoln town car. I am planning on buying this car 1lNHM85H92Y650268. ( Which is under the windshield that could have been tampered, or I am paranoid)

Now, first, my concerns are:

1. I was trying to locate the stamped vin on chassis to verify the vin, but couldn't find it. I have an owner's manual but there's nothing about the vin location on it.

2. When I check it up on the internet, it says the check digit is wrong, instead of 9 , it should be 7. is that right? can somebody tell?

3. can you tell from the vin if this is an "executive", "signature", or "cartier"?
