OK all you electrical tech heads..Solve this!

    A friend has a '95 TBird. The heater can be on a high fan setting, but will not blow at idle. The faster he drives, the faster the fan spools up to blow the heat. When he slows down, the fan slows down.

    Any guess on the problem and what the fix would be?

    I know nothing about 1995 T-Birds, but I've seen numerous cars with heater fan speed problems caused by the heater fan resistor. Generally not too difficult or spendy to replace.
