Possible new DLC right around the corner, the Twin Ring Motegi is currently available in the GT Academy 2012 mini-game. I'd also expect another track to be added in a DLC pack, also more cars added, maybe more Skylines but who knows.

At the 24 Hours of the Nurburgring last month I was able to meet Kazunori Yamauchi (creator of Gran Turismo). Awesome chance meeting!

LOL. That was meant to be a joke. :)

But in all seriousness, Kaz has said that DLC is being developed right now.

This is simply FANTASTIC NEWS! I think the game already has too many Ferraris, Aston Martins, Chevrolets, Fords, Maseratis, Chryslers, Lamborghinis, Mercedes, Audis, BMWs, and TVRs. It needs more GT-R's to help even everything out.

I went to start a new game after a long period of down time. I was bored with in the first few races. It makes me sad because I love the game for so many reasons, but it feels lifeless to me now after playing Forza 4. Been playing since GT1 hit the shelves. :(

I sold my GT5. It's the first time i sell a game. It was just that bad.

They really dont give a **** about their fans. I wont be buying a PS4/GT6 unless the biggest letdowns of GT5 are seriously addressed (Sound, Customisation, More Euro Cars, More DLC..).

More euro cars? How about just less Skylines, and NASCAR's. They ought to poach the sound guys from Forza...

I still think the one thing that needs work in GT is making it into an actual game, there is just no replayability there. The physics are damn near perfect and the graphics are fantastic. Now don't ask me what they need to add because I can't put a finger on it, but something is simply missing, Forza has it, GT5 doesn't.

GT5 is simply too Japanese for my taste. It's a great game and I love it but do we really need so many GTRs, Silvia's, and the like? The car selection and the newest DLC stuff has a pretty big bias towards Japanese cars (understandably so) where as Forza does not. Also, turn 10 studios has a connection with ALMS so their cars are featured in Forza which is missed, at least for me in GT5. Also I think they need more real tracks and less fantasy ones. Just my opinion.

Agreed, I'm really not sure what they did with the 6 years they spent working on the game, they only had ~200 premium cars (or whatever they call them), it's simply not enough for a game that you wait 6 years for and is continually delayed.

Completely agreed with the cars. However, I wouldn't mind fantasy circuits, just as long as there are more LOCATIONS than CONFIGURATIONS. For example, Cape Ring has five configurations alone...not including the reverse ones.

This game also needs more dirt/snow tracks. GT4's rally track selection was incredible. In GT5, you can only choose between Toscana, Chamonix, and Eiger Nordwand. Throw in Leige and Alaska for the user-created locations.

There are way too many Skylines and such in the game. I made a post on the last page which shows how many of each major Japanese car is in the game. I think 51 Skylines and 27 S2000s is just way too much, and absolutely ridiculous. Sure, some of the racing and tuner models should stay, but we don't need 20+ of the same street version in the game.

There needs to be more photomode locations. GT4 had lots of them...GT5 has hardly any. Even though most of the locations in GT4 were based in Japan, they were absolutely beautiful locations. Examples included a bamboo forest, a snowy road with a mountain in the background, a Buddhist temple or pagoda with fall leaves, and the Shibuya crossing in Tokyo (Japans equivalent to Times Square).

However, one thing that does keep me coming back is just the fun that can be had with messing around. I made a "jump track" on Eifel in the course maker, and when you race high-powered cars there...it gets hilarious. Watch this to get an idea of what I'm talking about.
