Interesting trend in one of the biggest websites in Europe, Mobile.de....Around a month ago there were constantly around 35-40 308s. Some disappeared, some new . Now there is 72, almost nothing being sold. A lot of high milage 2V with asking price over 100k. Seems like dealers have decided their cars should be expensive without even analyzing the market if it would sell for that price.
Very nice! I just saw this too on my eBay notifications. One of the nicest QV's that I have seen for sale recently.
If I could change one thing about my 308 it would be the color. Rosso Corsa is fine but Nero is stunning.
Looks like the Mecum car sold for a decent price.. $54K https://www.mecum.com/lot-detail/WA0615-215124/0/1980-Ferrari-308-GTSI-Coupe/
Wow... $54K for a 1980 GTSi with 59K miles, 3 year old service, and a somewhat worn interior. Does the $54K include the 8% buyer's premium, or is that just the hammer price?
1980 gts. Just looked it up $49,500. On the Barrett/jackson website. I think it had like 60k mi. Not that nice of a car. If that car was worth that... Whats a low mile real car worth?
34 1978 Ferrari 308 GTB Estimation: 140.000 - 180.000 € Automobiles sur les Champs 8 - Sale N° 2769 - Lot N° 34 | Artcurial | Briest - Poulain - F. Tajan
if the car really has just 12000 km and it's fully original (pictures show it could be true), maybe 180 k euro are not enough to catch that car. ciao
Still for sale..... Any interest in my 308GTB call or message me at 330-232-5048 tool kit jack kit car cover books all included *original spare tire still has the label on it from 1977 *original plastic still on door pouches Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Well, with Artcurial, it would be better to due some "due diligence" before believing all they are writing; it may be true, it may also be "slightly optimistic"... Rgds
Thanks, Bruno, I don't know them so I trust you. Every car must be seen in person. If this one has a true mileage (that means it's one of the best in the world)I think the auction will be over 150 if not even over 180 k. If the car is just a very good one , I think the price will be around 130k euro or something like that. I'm very interested as mine is almost a twin: let's see what happens. ciao
It is true that the car looks exceptionally nice, no question; but she is not a "barn find", as it was already known in Robert Retzlaff's 308 GTB register as being in Germany. And Artcurial are very good at making their cars look "exceptional" on paper, and at writing superb descriptions, so should anyone want to bid, please be careful and go to see the car before. They are very good at selling cars, too. There is a late carbed GTB for sale at the Aguttes auction in Lyon on June 20th, for all "Asterix" fans: #33759: she was bought new by Albert Uderzo... http://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/814858665.htm?ca=12_s Rgds
The Artcurial car? Well...I hesitate; it could have been "Blu Monte-Carlo", but as it is not as saturated, I would say "Blu Scuro Dino 20-A-357", although "Blu Scuro Dino 20-A-357" usually looks darker... Rgds
