Those are done by Naples, and they're likely the best in the world with restoring GT4s. Zero excuse cars worth every penny.

Thanks. I had lost the details. What a brilliant effort, and a resulting beautiful and desirable machine.

Disappointing result honestly, but it's going to California to a new owner (you know it's not so hot when the buyer says "well damn, I got a steal didnt I!")

Oh well. Life goes on. Put that one on the list at $41K + fees so around $43K all in for my Giallo

Hi all. I have a 75 GT4 euro that I purchased from the folks at Naples. Yes the GT4’s at Naples are expensive but the restoration work is of a very high quality. I love mine and don’t regret paying up for a first rate car with no excuses. You get what you pay for (hopefully).

Naples is top notch! Some of these cars for sale will require and need a lot of money to bring back to original. No Comparison in my opinion.
It takes a lot of money to have a mint restored early original no story car.. I know...

Well, my car is gone. Sold to an F-chatter who hopefully will post when he gets it. Price was in the same range as 19633500GT's car, so the buyer got an amazing deal on an amazing car.

The car went on the truck yesterday. Luckily, I wasn't home when it happened, so my wife and kids got to see it go. My daughter texted some pics of it going on the truck, and later texted me that she was heartbroken.

I have mixed feelings. I loved the car, but just wasn't driving it anymore, partly because I am away every week for my job. I'm glad to see that it is finally sold, but this morning feel like there is a little hole in my heart. Hopefully, the new owner will drive it like it was meant to be driven.

For now, I have my 997 to drive, and even that car isn't being driven much and sits on a charger in the garage when I'm gone. I think I'm going to have to own another Ferrari at some point. It won't be for a few years though, as I just don't have the time for an exotic at this point in my life.

One other thing- ownership has been an incredible experience. I know you aren't suppose to "worship" things, but this one thing lead to so many experiences in life. I've met countless F-chatters, many whom I consider to be friends at events like Crystal Cove, cars and coffee, and various local drives and meet ups. I've done some awesomely fun track and autocross events at Willow springs, buttonwillow, fontana. I can't count how many people have been given rides and even who I let drive the car. I taught my daughter to drive stick in the car. These experiences are part of the true joy of having a Ferrari. Yes, it's just a thing, but this thing has lead to some wonderful experiences that I will never forget. I've been extremely lucky to have this car, and I hope the new owner has just as much fun and hopefully even more.

Hey Dom. The car was very lucky to have you as a wonderful caretaker and to have someone that appreciated it as much as you did. Hopefully the next owner will enjoy it as much as you have.

    Dom,

I'm very excited to get the car. As soon as it arrives, I will do my best to post some pictures.

I too look forward to sharing experiences with the car. The Porsche world has given me many lifelong friends with people who share the same passions as myself; I hope the local Ferrari community here in Chicagoland will be similar. A few of my friends locally have Ferrari's, and I look forward to making many more locally and here on Ferrarichat.

I think the time I was there and I saw it, I drove my yellow 914 and was a row over. I'm hoping to get the Gt4 to the event in Hinsdale on August 18th.

Balance in the world- one GT4 leaving California, and one coming to California. It’s almost as though the Gods willed it.

Owned 09194 for almost 40 years, know one day 'Boyd' will have to go to a new owner.
Should have gone a long time ago but, how do you go about letting go?
Fact is, probably like a lot us Dino 308 gt4 owners our charges are more than just a car,
they are, when we actually own one become something very very special ( can't explain
    it).
Just to explain very quickly, I've owned lots of flash cars Urraco, Interceptor, Elans, 7's
DB5, etc. etc. to many to list over the years.

'Boyd' is the number one although I have other but dwindling stock of classics.

Sounds like I need to see a shrink, ah well.

    Cheers

You don’t need to see a shrink you need to go take a ride in Boyd.
