    I bought an Innova 3130 yesterday but I'm having trouble with the setup. Ferrari isn't on the menu of manufacturers and I can't get past that screen.

    Anyone have experience with how to get past this? Do you just selected Ford, Lexus, etc. and move on?

    I'm trying to diagnose a check engine light.

    Remove the little micro SD memory card, or pull it out enough such that it is not engaged. It will still fit in the slot with the cover closed.

    With the card out, my innova will recognize the car as something like unknown car 1 and will read the codes. Doesn't work with the card in.

    You probably bought the more expensive model thinking it would work better.

    I have a cheaper Innova "3100f" unit and while it will ask the make question, it also works just fine without.
