Does anyone have the pinout for the OBD port on the 430? I could have sworn I had found this at some point, but haven't been able to track it down. Specifically this is a 2009 430 Scuderia.

Both CAN pins are listed at that link.

Ok it took me a bit to understand the way Ferrari lays out their wiring diagram, but from going through that this is what I believe. Note this is specifically for a Scuderia, but probably applies to any 08-09 430.

Pin 1: B-Can B (Likely High, but need confirmation)
    Pin 2: J 1850 Bus +
Pin 3: Immobilizer (Couldn't find what the pin on the immobilizer is from my diagram)
    Pin 4: Gnd
    Pin 5: Gnd
Pin 6: C-Can High (Note there are actually multiple C-CAN buses, mostly between the two engine ECU's, but those don't get to the OBD plug)
    Pin 7: ISO 9141-2 K Line
Pin 8: HVAC K-Line (Note the diagram lists two connections on the HVAC node as K-Line, but one is likely L-Line?)
Pin 9: B-Can A (Likely Low, but needs confirmation)
    Pin 10: J1850 Bus -
Pin 11: HVAC K-Line (See note above)
    Pin 12: Dashboard K-Line
    Pin 13: Suspension Module K-Line
    Pin 14: C-Can Low
    Pin 15: ISO 9141-2 L-Line
    Pin 16: +12V Un-switched

If anyone has any corrections to what I've mapped out let me know, and I will update this for reference if I find any new information.

I can confirm the CAN-B bus.
I do have a Maserati pinout somewhere I can dig up if its helpful. A lot of the systems are identical between the cars and hence the mappings of which ECU's/to which pins&bus should be similar.
