They will all pretty much read codes. OK, most of the codes. There are 2 ECUs and not all will connect to both ECUs. There are several threads on this subject and a lot of suggestions on what works.

The EOBD Facile is an app for iPhone and Android. Available for download. Here is URL for the company ... Outils OBD Facile - Info about the OBD2, ELM327 and car diagnostics

ELM-327 refers to various devices that are small modules that you plug into the OBD2 port. The device then connects to your smartphone with the app installed. If you have an iPhone, you should get the ELM device that connects with Wi-Fi. If you have an Android phone, get the ELM device that connects via Bluetooth.

Once connected, you have ability to read/reset codes, monitor vehicle parameters, etc.

You can do a search for the ELM327 devices. I use the iCar2 device. If you do a search for iCar you will see they now have the iCar3. About $25.

EOBD facile is an app that works with iOS devices (iPhones, Ipads) or android devices (phones tablets)
ELM327 is a device that goes into the OBDII port and connects wirelessly to your phone or tablet and you can diagnose both ECUs
Which phone or tablet do you have and I will give you a link in eBay UK or Amazon for the one you need.
The app is 14.99 USD though I don't know how much in GBP

Just go To Amazon and search for "ELM327 Bluetooth"
    The latest version is 2.1
Use your discretion about price vs quality (read the reviews)

Here is a couple of examples

Interesting tool, I think I'll pick one up too.

There seems to be an overwhelming number of choices for 'ELM327 Bluetooth'... what's so much better about this 4.5/5 star 6,800 review $22 device:

    https://www.amazon.com/BAFX-Products-34t5-Bluetooth-Android/dp/B005NLQAHS/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1468006081&sr=8-3&keywords=ELM327+bluetooth+android

    vs.

    0 reviews, but only $5

I'd like a small one I could leave plugged in at all times, but I want to make sure I get full functionality combined with that Outils OBD Facile app.

That is why I said it is up to you to find a balance between price vs quality
Maybe the 5 dollars one will work just fine, I paid 18 for mine but IIRC wifi versions (for iphone) were more expensive than BT
I believe the OBDII port is not switchable and leaving one device connected will have a small battery drain, these cars eat batteries as they are so I would not leave an extra parasite device connected all the time

Yes, I just read and can confirm that leaving it plugged in creates a battery drain. I purchased the highly rated but larger unit.

You can buy Bluetooth EML327 scanners on ebay for under $20. Only warning I have is the first one I bought was DOA, and requested a refund. Ordered another from a second vendor, works great.

I prefer to have one of these in each of my cars. Handy to have if you get the dreaded CE light on a trip. You can at least figure out if you need to turn around or continue on. ;)

I put the OBDLink reader, there are 3 different types, make sure you use the WiFi unit it's red. Mine is for IOS, it is on WiFi very important as there is little to no delay, also you mostly use bluetooth for devices which would limit you to what you're using. I have it on my I phone in the car and use 8 Guages on 3 different pages to look at real time info, It is pricier but well worth it.

And that one can see both ECUs?? Because the beauty of the EOBD facile app is that it can see both ECUs, and you actually choose what brand of car you are connecting to
Most handheld devices or software do not have the Ferrari support and can't see both ECUs

on the 360, it takes a little playing with. It recognizes both ECUs and you have to choose one (it picks #1 by default). But there is also a second one! If there is a code on ECU-2, you will not see it on ECU-1. You have to switch. When I did, I cleared the codes, the CEL finally went away! I also finally reset the car and used the Ferrari start up procedure (posted somewhere here) and all has been fine ever since. When I got the car the battery died and I knew nothing about a startup procedure. On my second drive, I got a CEL for bank-x being to rich. I reset with the EOBD and the CEL did not re-appear. But later I decided to reset the car properly once I learned about proper startup procedure. It really runs great now.
